Working Principle

  • The high-voltage motor drives the counter shaft to run. The pinion at the end of the counter shaft drives the gear mounted on the flange of the eccentric bushing. The gear drives the eccentric bushing to rotate around the main shaft at high speed.
  • The head bearing sits on the concave surface of the socket liner at the top of the main shaft,and the head bushing lower is sleeved on the eccentric bushing.During the eccentric or revolving movement of the eccentric bushing, the head is driven by the contact between the head bushing and the eccentric sleeve.
  • When the head approaches the bowl, the ore is in the process of being squeezed and broken, and the other side of the head leaves the bowl. At this time, the crushed ore is discharged from the bottom of the two cones by its own weight.
